Returns & Exchanges

At Pilgrimz your satisfaction is our top priority – if you have any problems, questions, or wish to return/exchange an item, please let us know at support@pilgrimz.com. We will gladly accept returns up to 30 days of receiving your order... Provided the products are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. (Free of any stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear). Also, we can not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the initial order. 

We can only accept returns or exchanges with a proper Return Authorization number. Please email support@pilgrimz.com before the 30 day return policy ends to obtain your R/A number.

Please make sure to include your order number and Return Authorization number with your return or exchange. This is will help us properly track your package and provide a prompt credit or exchange.

Postage costs due to incorrect size ordered, or any issue not being a result of a shipping or manufacturer error, will be the responsibility of the customer. If we ship an incorrect or defective product we will provide a prepaid label for your return. 

A credit will be issued to your original form of payment within 2 – 3 business days of receipt of your return.
